Miss Mecklenburg County Scholarship Pageant Association.
The Miss Mecklenburg County Scholarship Pageant is an official preliminary to the Miss North Carolina Pageant held in June as part of the national Miss America Pageant system. Our program is a not-for-profit, all-volunteer program. The Miss America Organization maintains one of the strongest volunteer networks in this country.
The Miss Mecklenburg County Outstanding Teen Pageant is part of the Miss America Outstanding Teen program which started in 2004. Miss North Carolina's Outstanding Teen will compete at the Miss America Outstanding Teen Pageant held in Orlando, Fl.
